I'm Olivia.

I'm a health policy and services researcher. I use mixed methods approaches, health behavior frameworks, and community-partnered research principles to study substance use disorder, HIV and hepatitis C, and incarceration as a health determinant. My research aims to understand how health policy can promote unencumbered access to high-quality preventative and treatment services.

I am currently an Assistant Scientist in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
